OUR ARTISTS OFFER MASTERCLASSES

⇾ For people with no specific knowledge of musical theory or practice.
Learn musical skills that anyone, from any age and any background can understand and apply, without any previous skills or knowledge. (Offered by, for example, Stéphane Galland)

⇾ For people who have any amount of knowledge of musical theory and practice, from beginners to experienced professionals. (Offered by most of our artists, on request)

⇾ When touring in your area, some international collaborators of the artists  on our roster can be booked for masterclasses aimed at music students, depending on their skill level.

⇾ Before a concert (for example to promote a concert) or independent of a concert. Organizing a masterclass before a concert offers the participants the option to put everything they’ve learned into practice and to experience the music in a new, more unsightful way!

Masterclasses can be presented in many different settings and can be taylored to the needs of your audience!

For Example: Stéphane Galland teaches participants unique methods to understand and replicate complex rhythms. Everyone leaves the masterclass with a deeper understanding of exotic rhythms, polyrhythms, and the ways in which rhythm is experienced. All masterclasses are interactive. Participants don’t need to bring their own instruments, as the ideas presented by Stéphane are internalized through clapping, movement, and singing.

In his masterclasses, Bram De Looze talks about his unique approach to improvisation and the way he creates pathways that open up to new ideas, letting the music flow in a way that feels like ultimate freedom, but is actually part of a controlled process. This is helpful for any music students trying to find new ways to express themselves through improvised music.
