DAIMON – Eric Thielemans/Jozef Dumoulin
Percussive philosopher Eric Thielemans and versatile keys wizard Jozef Dumoulin present their upcoming duo album DAIMON, to be released by the French record label YOLK. The album was birthed out of a close musical relationship spanning over twenty years and many different projects (LIDLBOJ, Jozef Dumoulin Trio, EARR, Cinema Paradiso…). This duo project – a crowning achievement of this multitude of collaborations – was inevitable.
The duo creates improvised music that can be described as minimal trance with influences from electro-pop and jazz. Live, they create this compelling world of sound on the spot.
DAIMON will be released on November 13th by YOLK RECORDS.
