DelVita is infusing electronic music’s skank and energy into their acoustic sound, while still using jazz as a get-out clause to avoid everything you’ve heard before.
In this project the soundbrewing brothers enter a new kosmos. With carefully crafted compositions they strive for an interesting mix of upbeat alt-rock while at the same time keeping the slow sonic intensity à la Radiohead.
Framed improvisational freedom inspired by some of Wayne Shorter’s choices in his music combined with concepts derived from Kurt Rosenwinkel’s fields of inspiration make for an explosive style that is still not shy for intimate and minimalistic moments.
From raving acoustic beats to nuanced ensemble-playing the brothers were able to create a unique sound varying from giant scenery to the smallest micro world.
The Brothers Brew project will start during the spring of 2017.
